RENTAL DURATION
The minimum rental period is 3 days. For delays exceeding a total of 3 hours, a full day's fee will be charged.
INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED ITEMS IN PRICES
Prices include unlimited mileage, vehicle maintenance costs, and comprehensive insurance with 20% VAT.
Fuel, tolls (bridges, highways, HGS fees), traffic fines, as well as extra requests such as baby seats and navigation devices are not included in the prices.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special pricing applies. For information about rental prices and conditions, you can contact the ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA Reservation Center at +90 352 241 00 22 or visit the nearest ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA office.
ONE-WAY RENTALS
If the vehicle is returned in a city different from the city of pick-up, a One-Way Fee will be applied regardless of the rental duration. For details about the One-Way Fee, please contact our Reservation Center or your nearest ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA office.
VEHICLE PICK-UP AND RETURN
At our International Airport offices, which operate 24/7, vehicle pick-up and return are available at any time. At other offices, vehicle delivery and return services are provided free of charge during working hours. Outside working hours, vehicle deliveries and returns outside International Airports are also free of charge.
AIRPORT SERVICE FEE
No airport service fee is charged for rentals made from ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA offices located at 24-hour International Airports.
DRIVER LICENSE AND MINIMUM AGE
Only individuals who are at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years can rent a vehicle. For luxury vehicles, the minimum age requirement is 25.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
The vehicle can be driven by persons other than the renter only if they meet the driver license and minimum age requirements, and their valid ID and driver’s license information are registered in the rental agreement. If an unregistered driver is found responsible for an accident, insurance coverage will be invalid.
PAYMENT
Rental fees can be paid in cash or by all valid credit cards.
ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA reserves the right to change the vehicle types stated in the tariff and prices without prior notice.
TRAFFIC FINES
Traffic laws in Turkey allow speeds of 120 km/h on highways, 100 km/h on intercity roads, and 50 km/h within city limits. Please obey "No Parking" signs while parking. Traffic fines and legal liabilities arising from violations of traffic laws or renter’s negligence are the responsibility of the renter. Any traffic fines received by ALTUR OTO KİRALAMA after the vehicle has been returned will be charged to the renter and collected in cash or by credit card (mail order). Any time spent due to official or local authorities detaining the vehicle for any reason is considered within the contract rental period.
